We are thrilled to announce that the next Airport Roundtable Event of 2023 will be hosted by our friends at Destination Missoula, Missoula Montana Airport, and Glacier Country in Missoula, Montana! It will be an “XL” event which means TWO FULL DAYS of content and excitement! Mark your calendars for May 16-18 — you won’t want to miss this!

HOTEL INFO: Room Blocks have been set up at Residence Inn by Marriott – Missoula & AC Hotel Missoula Downtown under the event name “2023 Airport Roundtable XL.” Please book by Friday, April 15 to receive the group rate. The Residence Inn features upscale, spacious suites with full kitchens while the AC Hotel offers a stylish, cosmopolitan feel.

GROUP OUTING INFO: We will reach out with a survey to choose your prefered Group Outing option. Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Option #1: White Water Rafting – 24 spots
10 am to 4 pm
The Clark Fork River’s Alberton Gorge is the premium whitewater run in Montana with rollicking Class II and III rapids and absolutely stunning canyon scenery. In between rapids enjoy the spectacular surroundings and watch for eagles, osprey, kingfishers, moose, deer, bear and mountain lions. Montana River Guides is the Gorge’s leading outfitter and their friendly and professional guides will lead you on an epic Montana adventure.

Option #2: Hike & Hops – 14 spots
2:30 – 4:30 pm
Stretch your legs, breathe in the mountain air, and enjoy beautiful views of the Missoula valley on a hike with a teaching naturalist from the Montana Natural History Center. We’ll end the tour with a locally crafted brew from Conflux Taphouse.
Hike will be approximately 1 hour and 2-3 miles long.

Option #3: Unseen History Tour (Basements & Back Alleys) – 20 spots
2:30 – 4:30 pm
Historic guided walking tour through the basements and back alleys of Missoula’s downtown. Guide, Leif, will give you a holistic look at downtown life during Missoula’s transition from a marginal frontier town to a major local economic and cultural center from 1880 to 1920. The tour will end at the historic Garden City Bottling & Liquor Co. now home to Stave & Hoop Speakeasy.
